Travel & Logistics
All Booking TypesTravel is quoted per engagement and varies by city. The same terms apply to every booking — performance, typewriter activation, hosting and weddings alike.
Bookings in and around Atlanta carry no travel charge. Regional bookings within driving distance are billed for mileage. Beyond driving distance, you choose: cover flights, lodging and ground transport directly plus a daily per diem, or pay one flat travel fee that covers all of it.
Travel is due in full with the deposit, so arrangements can be made the moment the date is confirmed.
Bookings confirmed within 30 days of the event date carry a 15% expedited travel charge. Confirming earlier avoids it.
